Founded Growth is run by Max Crozier, out of Coral Gables, Florida. The family business is real estate: affordable housing communities that our family has owned and operated for decades, and ground-up development work in South Florida. That is where the company's habits come from.

In construction and property operations, everything is written down. Plans have sheet numbers. Bids have line items. Audits have numbers, and the final record shows what actually happened, not what the brochure promised. When we started building marketing systems for service businesses, first for our own properties and then for clients like Solaris, we kept those habits, because the agency world has the opposite ones.
