Who actually answers?
Max. The company is small on purpose, and the same standards we sell apply to us: your message gets a reply fast, during business hours usually within the hour. If we are on a roof or in a crawlspace of a spreadsheet, the auto-acknowledgment tells you when to expect the real answer.
Do I have to book a call to get a price?
No. The bid sheet is public. A call is for scoping your specifics, and the fastest way to make that call useful is to run the free inspection first so we are both looking at your real numbers.
