Who we are
Founded Growth LLC ("Founded Growth", "we") runs Google Maps rankings, reviews, websites and follow-up for local service businesses. These terms cover this website, the free audits and calculators on it, and the services you hire us for. By using the site or hiring us, you agree to them.
Month to month, cancel any time
Every service is billed monthly in advance unless your written agreement says otherwise. There is no contract term. Cancel by text or email before your next billing date and that is your last month. We do not refund a month already started.
You own everything
Your website, your domain, your Google Business Profile, your reviews and your customer list are yours, during the engagement and after it. If you leave, we hand over logins and files within ten business days. We keep no hostage.
Pricing and scope
Prices are quoted on the call and confirmed in writing before any work starts. The website shows starting points, not a menu. Reviews are requested, never bought, gated, filtered or incentivized. We cannot control what a customer writes or what Google publishes.
No guarantees on Google
Google decides rankings, review visibility and profile status, not us. Audit results are snapshots that move with searcher location and time. Case studies on this site are real client outcomes, not promises of yours. We use only methods that follow Google's published guidelines, and we will tell you no when something you ask for breaks them.
Texts and calls
When you submit a form here and tick the consent box, you agree that Founded Growth may text and call the number you gave about your request, including an automated first text. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to opt out, HELP for help. We do not sell your number. Details are in the privacy policy.
Your responsibilities
- Give us accurate business information and the access we need (Google profile, domain, phone system).
- Do the work your customers pay you for. We get you the calls; you keep the promises.
- Do not ask us to post fake reviews, hide honest ones, or misrepresent your business. We refuse, every time.
Third-party platforms
Google, Meta, phone carriers, hosting and the software behind your dashboard are run by other companies with their own terms. Outages, policy changes and account actions on those platforms are outside our control. We will always tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Payment
Invoices are due on receipt. If a payment fails we pause work after seven days and resume when it clears. Prices quoted on a call or in writing are the prices; the website shows starting points.
Limits
Our total liability for anything arising from our services is capped at the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for lost profits or indirect damages. Nothing here limits liability that Florida law says cannot be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top changes when we do, and material changes get a note to active clients.
